Prakkash Jhaa
Prakkash Jhaa is a versatile Indian actor with a prolific background spanning theatre, television, and feature films. Born in Sitamarhi, Bihar-the historic birthplace of Mata Sita-Jhaa was raised in a Maithili Brahmin family before moving to New Delhi to pursue higher education. While completing his Bachelor of Commerce at Delhi University, Jhaa discovered his passion for performance through the rigorous world of street theatre. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Jhaa holds a Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality from the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, adding a layer of professional discipline to his creative profile. Jhaa transitioned into mainstream media with notable roles in popular television series such as Adalat, Crime Alert, Crazy Stupid Ishq, and Agnifera. His cinematic repertoire includes films like Pataalpaani, Fulena Nights, and the Punjabi feature Brown Boys, where he starred opposite Mankirat Aulakh. His most recent work includes the Amazon MX Player series Made in India - A Titan Story, Triyama. A multilingual performer, Jhaa is fluent in Maithili, Bhojpuri, Hindi, and English.
