Ajay Mengi is an Indian actor making his debut in the Hindi biopic Ajey: The Untold Story of a Yogi (2025), based on Shantanu Gupta's book The Monk Who Became Chief Minister. In the film, he shares screen space with Paresh Rawal, Dinesh Lal Yadav 'Nirahua', Pavan Malhotra, Garima Singh, and Rajesh Khattar. Originally from Jamshedpur, Ajay studied at St. Joseph's School before completing engineering in Nagpur and a Master's in Computer Applications from RIT. Later, he moved to the US, where he became a successful entrepreneur in real estate and hospitality. Ajey marks his long-awaited return to his first love acting.
