Michael Proud is a Los Angeles based actor born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area. After graduating from Bowling Green State University, Michael worked in the real estate and IT industries before he discovered his passion for acting while living and working overseas in Seoul, South Korea. There he booked some national commercials, and had a small role in the big Korean blockbuster film, No Tears for the Dead - a Lee Jeong-beom film starring Jang Dong-gun. These experiences prompted Michael to give up his career in the business world, and move back to the United States to pursue his passion of working as a television and film actor. Michael has done commercials for large national and international brands, and has worked on smaller independent and student film projects. He is always looking to network and work with new people on exciting and fun creative endeavors.
