Kiersten was born in Folsom, California in 1991 to parents Scott and Katherine Dolbec. She graduated from Saratoga High School in Saratoga, CA where she was a star athlete in Track for High Jump and Volleyball. She received a full ride scholarship to UC Santa Barbara as a result. Kiersten moved to Dallas where she focused on her modeling career having signed with the Kim Dawson Agency. She has been represented by Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, Factor Models Chicago, The Syndical, Kim Dawson Agency, and most recently LA Models/ New York Models. She now resides in Los Angeles where she is focusing on her acting career in commercials, television, and motion pictures. Kiersten has a passion for comedy and improv having studied at 2nd City in Chicago, the home of Saturday Night Live alumnus, and Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles. Kiersten is represented by the Mitchell Gosset at Industry Entertainment theatrically and CESD commercially.
