Nadezhda was born on November 1, 1986 in Winchester, VA. Her parents own and operate a ballet studio where she learned to dance and fell in love with the art. Nadezhda has had notable television appearances such as playing "Patrice" on Flesh and Bone, The Knick, Elementary, Z:The Beginning of Everything and being part of the opening ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympics. She was also a professional ballet dancer for 12 years.
