Song Hae was born on 27 April 1927 in Hwanghae, Korea [now North Korea]. He was an actor, known for Yocheol boktong 007 (1966), Cheongchun daehak (1966) and Nampyeon (1969). He was married to Suk Ok-ee. He died on 8 June 2022 in Gangnam District, Seoul, South Korea.
