Troy Hughes was born on May 5, 1978 in Corsicana, Texas, but grew up in Fairfield, Texas. He is an actor, known for a variety of work including Mad Treasure in 'One Piece: Gold' (2016) and 'One Piece: Heart of Gold' (2016). He has been married to Cindy Hughes since March 2005. They have three children and live outside the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in Rockwall, Texas
