Anisha Kapur was born on August 31, 1985 in Delhi. She has been known for her roles in the Indian Television industry. She has appeared in many television serials like Dahhej, Banoo Mein Teri Dulhan, Ghar Ek Sapna. She also appeared in episodic roles in shows like Crime And Bollywood, Aahat, Horror Nights etc. She also appeared in Bollywood comedy film Gollu Aur Pappu (2014), starring Vir Das and Kunaal Roy Kapur in lead. She has been married to fellow television actor Mahesh Shetty since 2011. The couple together has a baby girl.
