Dita is an Actor's Temple graduate and advanced actor combatant with the British Academy of Stage & Screen Combat and the British Academy of Dramatic Combat. She is highly skilled in unarmed combat and swordfighting (including rapier and dagger, smallsword, and broadsword) for stage and camera. She also has a black belt in Chinese kickboxing with additional experience in dance, aerial hoop, and static trapeze.
