Katie Otten was born in West Bend, Wisconsin, in 1989. She is a stage, film and voice actor, as well as model. She received her BA in Theatre Education, and an MA in Theatre Performance. She has worked on theatre productions and films throughout the country. She has done voices for various video games, educational companies, audio books, and animated projects.
