Karan has worked across web, film, and theatre. In 2009, he completed his Diploma Programme from Drama Centre, University of the Arts. He was the lead in Shakun Batra's short film Strangers in the Night and Ambiecka Pandit's short film Custody, which won Best Short Fiction Film at the 35th National Film Awards. He was last seen in Shashanka Ghosh's Freddy. He will be wrapping shoot for a project with Rima Das and was seen most recently in Anubhav Sinha's Bheed.
