Sangeetha is a popular actress known for her performance in Vijay's Master and Santhanam's Parris Jeyaraj. She essayed the role (mathi) of a dentist in Master. Sangeetha started her acting career in Star Vijay TV's serial Aranmanaikili and Sun TV's Thirumagal. She made her big screen debut in Regina Cassandra's Seven. She also featured in the Bollywood film Sadak 2. Some of her Kollywood flicks are Sadhanai Payanam, Kapadadaari, Karthi's Sulthan, Ajith's Valimai, Dulquer Salmaan's Hey Sinamika.
