Dajour Ashwood

Born and raised in Harlem New York, Dajour Ashwood graduated from the same high school as Calvin Klein, Marc Jacob, and Mobb Deep (Art & Design). He grew up with and personally knows famous actors Bokeem Woodbine and Mekhi Phifer. Dajour starred in "Harlem Diaries" a film directed by Johnathan Stockman and aired on the Discovery Channel. The movie won the Golden Eagle and Cable Ace film awards. Ashwood has also written, directed, and produced several short films which have given him a greater respect for acting - in front and behind the camera. Ashwood is turning one of his short films into a 10 episode webisode. Outside of acting, Dajour is a contest winner public speaker, 5K runner, and novice boxer.

The boundaries between military discipline and human desire are tested on a U.S. Army base that houses an elite unit of helicopter pilots trained to perform clandestine international and domestic missions. The drama unfolds in the present as well as in flashbacks to a failed mission involving one of the first female pilots in the unit, ultimately uncovering layers of personal and government/military secrets and leading to a season-long plan to rescue a group of MIA soldiers.
