Yi Zhao was born in China on May 23, 1996. He is a Chinese born actor and Kung Fu martial artist best known as Zhuang in the 2010 remake of The Karate Kid (2010), directed by Harald Zwart. Prior to acting in The Karate Kid, he had previously acted in Bó ji zhi ba (2005) and played a character named Hung Keung. He loves Kung Fu and is a movie actor and martial artist expert like Zhenwei Wang and Shijia Lü, whom he is good friends with and keeps in touch with.
