Shankar is an upright cop who cannot tolerate injustice. When business tycoon Saklej's son attacks Shilpa with acid and escapes punishment, Shankar decides to bring him to justice.

Pratap, an honest police officer, befriends Shiva, a college student, when he stands up against injustice. But their friendship turns sour when Shiva kills an underworld gangster.
