Silsila, a street smart young man, manages the various trades practised at a traffic signal in Mumbai. However, his world comes crashing down when he unknowingly aids in executing a murder.

A righteous, cultured, and educated man decides to take matters into his own hands as he is unable to bear the rampant corruption and lawlessness around him. He finds a cop who is hot on his trail.
