Abhinav Gupta, is a director, writer and actor. He is a graduate in film direction, from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. His films, Dhol Ganwar Pashu Aru Nari (2012) and Padaav (2009) were screened at several film festivals, internationally. He has also played the character of Bunty Bhai in Love Sonia (2018). The film won several international awards. Apart from this, he has acted in various other short films as well. He has worked with several filmmakers, both in international and national feature film projects. He has edited several short films and a feature film Maru ro moti (2019) (cut for Arte France). He also did the casting for the film Sir (2018). This again grabbed several awards internationally. He also takes workshops in film making and acting. He is trained in the Indian classical music and dramatics. He resides in Mumbai.
