Born in Ahvaz, in the Khuzestan province in Southwest Iran, Sia (full name Siavash Alipour) moved to London in 2007. At age 6 Sia started to train in Taekwondo under his father, who is a large figure in traditional Martial Arts. Quickly falling in love with Martial arts, his upbringing was influenced massively by action cinema, specifically Jackie Chan's movies. At age 17 he started his career as a stuntman, to better understand the process of filmmaking. Now a full time actor, Sia strives to heighten the recognition of Iranian and Middle Eastern Actors across the world, and is working to open the doors for more representation. At the same time, his passion for Martial Arts will always bleed into his work on screen.
