Ian Gerard Whyte is known for his roles in Cold Courage, Bounty Hunters, Bulletproof and Vikings. He started his professional performance career as an opera singer. He subsequently moved from stage to screen in the past several years. Training in all aspects of performance, he has obtained his BMus in Classical Singing Performance. MA in Directing for Theatre and a higher Diploma in Musical Theatre Performance.
