Ricardo Ortiz is an award winning Brazilian-Canadian actor. Ricardo began acting after starting in his school's production of The Little Mermaid and has since worked for Disney, Family Channel and CBC. He's best know for his lead role in the Universal Kids/ Family Channel series Bajillionaires (2019) and his recurring role in the Disney Channel series Gabby Duran and the Unsittables (2019), for which he won several awards. He also started as recurring guest star in the recently premiered Disney plus series The Mysterious Benedict Society (2021) by Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi. Ricardo is a Canadian citizen who still has his Brazilian roots and speaks fluent Portuguese. When Ricardo is not on set or in school, he likes to play video games, spend time with his family, and create short films.
