Bailey Tippen is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Bailey Tippen is most known for the role of Toosie on Underground WGN America, Kendra on Fox Sleepy Hollow , Astra on NBC Constantine, and Naoimi on the Hallmark channel "The Watsons Go To Birmingham." Bailey is a gifted student who also enjoys creating and directing films and volunteering for the Rise awards which recognizes influential students with Down Syndrome.
