Maxwell Atoms is an American animator, voice actor and writer with Asperger's from Pennsylvania. The Aspergers came from Pennsylvania, but he did not. He created Grim & Evil, which got split into The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Evil Con Carne. He also voiced in Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. He is a big fan of horror, which inspired him to create Billy & Mandy, which is considered one of the more memorable Cartoon Network series of the 2000s.
