American Actor/Writer/Director/Producer Known best as "Luke Maybank" on the hit Netflix series "Outer Banks." Raised in rural Morris, GA. Began painting, writing, and filming short films at an early age, but didn't truly discover acting until college. Before then, he played football, baseball, and won two state championships playing basketball in high school. Studied at colleges including Brevard College, Georgia Southwestern, Georgia State, and his beloved University of Georgia. Credited with over 150 Film, TV, and Commercial roles, Gary has also written, produced, and directed award-winning films in the indie world. That led to his love of film festivals and "The Hill Country Film Festival" was born in Fredericksburg, TX in 2010 along with co-founders Chad Mathews and Amie Miskovsky.
