S. Joe Downing was born in California but raised in the greater Seattle area where he currently resides. Joe studied at Western Washington University and graduated with a BA. He has appeared in over 40 film and web productions over his acting career. He recently won the best actor award from Hollywood Hills Film Awards for the short film Nemesis written by Tim Earnheart.
