Raised in Woodland Hills, CA, Kelly Lester is the daughter of actors Peter Mark Richman and Helen Richman. She graduated with a BA in Theatre from UCLA and appeared in many Los Angeles stage productions as well as on TV and in films. She married actor Loren Lester in 1988. They have three actress-daughters: Julia Lester, Lily Lester, and Jenny Lester. In 2018, Kelly and Loren moved to NYC where they now make their home on Manhattan's Upper West Side. In addition to performing, Kelly created and sold two successful businesses: Art Plates, Inc. and EasyLunchboxes, Inc.
