Victor Rivers was born in Sancti Spíritus, Cuba. He is an actor, known for The Mask of Zorro (1998), The Air I Breathe (2007) and Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992). He has been married to Mim Eichler Rivas since 1988. They have one child.
