Joanna Arida was born in Amman, Jordan, on February 26, 1998, to Rana Suyyagh, who worked as a math teacher, and Adi Arida, a professor in pharmaceutical technology. She is finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture at the German Jordanian University. Ever since she was 15, she was moving towards a career in modeling but she decided that she would try and pursue a career in acting as well.
